The team at Croft Veterinary is growing and we are looking forward to welcoming a new receptionist to our team.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Veterinary receptionist with excellent customer service to join our team at our Sheffield practice. Previous experience is preferred, but relevant training would be provided. You will need to work effectively as part of a team, its a part-time position (up to 25 hours), comprised of morning shifts .
The role would include interacting with clients both face to face, over the telephone, and electronically to assist with:
• Scheduling appointments
• Handling prescription and food requests
• Taking payments
• Managing enquiries
• Promoting our Croft Club
There are also other tasks like dealing with e-mails, electronic document filing and light cleaning duties.

state of the art site in Bolsover, we are looking for a VETERINARY SURGEON to help our expanding team. We are a family run, independent, small animal practice, and we have sites in Bolsover and Sheffield.
