I phoned this vets up yesterday and spoke to a lovely receptionist asking if they had got any appointments that day as I wanted a second opinion with my dog, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful got me booked in ASAP and got my dogs medical notes from previous vet transferred straight over to them, the care and compassion towards my dog was absolutely outstanding during the difficult time of saying by final goodbyes to my dog the complete process was explained throughout and there was no rush whatsoever from the staff they made sure my dog was comfortable and supported throughout couldn’t recommend them enough all the staff there are so friendly thank you all again for your support just in the process of transferring my other dogs into your care xx

We took our 13 year old Dalmatian to Croft vets after treatment for an eye ulcer at our own vets wasn't working and they wanted to refer him to a specialist in Wakefield for an operation.

We spoke at length to Danii who asked for our records to be transferred. She read them and consulted with us further, arranging an early appointment to accommodate our very nervous old boy. Fiona saw him and understood that an old Dalmatian with a heart murmur and previous neck surgery was not going to stand being debrided awake or cope with the anaesthestic.   Alternative medicines were prescribed and advice regarding cones and inflatable collars inside to stop our naughty doggy from using corners of furniture to rub his eye.

Together with the perseverance of my husband, Buddy the dog and the expert care of Croft I truly believe we saved Buddy's eye
